DATA WE COLLECT

Meridian Focus India stores all session data exclusively in your browser's localStorage. No session data, focus logs, or timer states are transmitted to our servers during timer operation. Upon purchase, we receive your email address from Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) to verify your license. This email is stored in our Supabase database solely to enable license recovery.

PAYMENT AND MERCHANT OF RECORD

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record (MoR) for India. Lemon Squeezy handles GST collection, OIDAR compliance, UPI payment processing, and tax remittance. Meridian Focus India never receives or stores your payment card details, UPI ID, or banking information. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy governs payment data: lemonsqueezy.com/privacy

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER DPDP ACT 2023

• Right to Access: Your session data is in your browser. View it anytime via DevTools → Application → localStorage.
• Right to Correction: Your timer data is editable locally at any time.
• Right to Erasure: Visit the /restore page to erase all local data from this device. To delete your email and purchase record from our Supabase database, email spiralworldllc@protonmail.com — we will complete deletion within 30 days.
• Right to Nominate: Contact our Grievance Officer to nominate a person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

DATA RETENTION

Your email and purchase verification record are retained for the lifetime of your license to enable recovery across devices. We do not retain focus session data, timer logs, or productivity data on our servers. All such data exists only in your browser.

PRICING

₹1,999 is the final all-inclusive price. GST is included and remitted by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. No additional taxes or charges will be applied at checkout for Indian residents.
